At the Middlesex Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, we attract a very diverse population of students with a wide range of interests and from a variety of unique backgrounds. The one commonality: They all have a passion to be the best.
At the Middlesex Hospital Family Medicine Residency Program, we embrace this passion, and we work hard to provide our residents with an inspiring, provocative and unencumbered real world learning environment that brings community medicine to a whole new level.
When residents begin learning and working here, they are impressed by the friendliness and acceptance they encounter. As they continue helping people in the Middlesex community, they find themselves becoming part of their own community - a community of residents.
The sense of family extends throughout the program - for all residents, faculty, office and nursing staff. Residents learn to work with one another while treating patients. They cooperate and support each other in the hospital and in all clinical arenas. And the sharing doesn't stop at the end of the day: socializing after-hours - the parties, barbecues, happy-hours, weekend retreats - make friendships that last a lifetime.
